This sweet and earthy traditional Scotch Ale utilizes Bavarian Rauch malt to provide beech wood smokiness. Not too much, just right. Please enjoy this Scotch Ale offering and “ get a little wobbily.”. Indeed.
A Russian Imperial Stout is one of the most intensely flavored beers a brewer can create. The combination of rich roasted barley, oak, molasses and licorice root combine to create an utterly unique and complex imperial stout experience.
This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of Citra and Mosaic hops. Don't worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.
A dark, malty celebration ale with layered flavors and beautifully balanced hopping. Jubelale pours deep garnet in color, medium bodied, with notes of chicory, earth, spice and fruit. To beer lovers, it’s like Yule fire and family.
Golden to pale in color, with low bitterness, medium body, and a white head. Our Cream Ale has redefined the category and made a classic style cool again. We use a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that “Cream Soda” kick. This beer finishes dry despite a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla. Great any time of year.
We bring this tropical treat to you as a reminder of Spring’s coming, its rebirth and promise of sunny days forever. Lush is made with a hand-selected blend of malts and lush, tropical hops to help you bridge the last days of Winter and the coming of Spring fever. We hope you enjoy this tropical treat, keep your sunglasses handy, and wash away your cares in the coming Spring rains.
A slight hop bitterness up front enhances the distinctive chocolate and roasted finish. It’s prized for its creamy mouthfeel and intense complex flavors.
This medal winning India Pale Ale is brewed in the true Northwest fashion. It has an intense hop flavor and aroma, with a dry bitter finish. It definitely has enough hops to “send you over the edge.”
The Northwest’s original, unfiltered and dry hopped amber ale. African Amber’s pioneering and innovative style is proof that drink-abilty does not have to be achieved by sacrificing flavor. This beer erupts with a floral, hoppy taste, followed by a well rounded malty middle, finishing with a nicely organic hop flavor. Locally sourced two row grain and a blend of specialty malts give our amber its rich taste. Further complexity is achieved by leaving the beer unfiltered, providing exceptional flavor, as well as giving our amber its unique "cloudy" look. Lastly, we actually place a bag of fresh, locally grown, Yakima valley hops in each keg creating what has become the original, cult classic, northwest amber ale.
Taking inspiration decades of experience brewing Belgian beers, Fat Tire Belgian White is made with Seville oranges and Indian coriander, both freshly ground less than a mile from our Fort Collins brewery. It’s a fresh, perfectly sweet, natural tasting Belgian White.
For this seasonal offering, we started with Irish Death, our dark smooth ale that presents a full malt flavor laced with caramel, chocolate, dark fruit, and a touch of sweetness. To this heavenly ale, we added fresh, locally roasted espresso beans and pure cocoa. The result is a bit of confusion, “should this go in my coffee mug, or my pint glass?” Answer: both. This beer is up front with enormous coffee aroma, with the cocoa playing the sideline, until the taste. Lacking bitterness, the flavor comes forward with a rounded balance of coffee blending gracefully with the creamy malt body and soft cocoa flavors. Dark beer, chocolate, and coffee.
The Mischief Maker is edgy with a tart bite of Washington cranberry and bold California pomegranate. Refreshing and never too aggressive, she's a perfectly balanced trouble maker.
An ale inspired by the style of a German Maibock, brewed using our proprietary Pacman yeast, Dead Guy Ale is deep honey in color with a malty aroma, rich hearty flavor and a well balanced finish.
Named after Boise’s Slaughterhouse Gulch and its historical meat packing businesses, this brew is as bold and rugged as the miners and packers that traveled its path when it was known as "The Oregon Trail". This fall seasonal is an India Red Ale featuring Amarillo hops, known for their dark, fruity characteristics. While higher in alcohol by volume, a roasted malt base offsets the hops and balances the heat of the alcohol for a subtle, rich finish.
